Simple installment (3 installments) or fixed installments (12 installments) is a way to pay the registration fee for El Raid; therefore, those who have paid their registration through this method and announce their withdrawal from the event, credit cards will continue to charge them until the 3 or 12-month period ends, as appropriate, thus completing payment for the total registration. For more information, see policies.

• Running Team/Training Groups*: 10% discount for any payment method. Groups must be registered in EntryFee, and each student associated with it.
• Residents*: Runners from Salta and Jujuy must send an email with a photo of their ID (front and back) to inscripciones@clubdecorredores.com

The registration payment is non-refundable once it has been made. The payment cannot be transferred to another runner. All injuries and/or illnesses or physical impediments will also be considered within current policies.

Those who notify by November 29, 2024 (inclusive) of their inability to attend the event will obtain a credit to be used in the next edition of Raid Columbia for 100% of the amount paid. It can only be applied to this race and not to others.

Those who notify by January 30, 2025 (inclusive) of their inability to attend the event will obtain a credit to be used in the next edition of Raid Columbia for 70% of the amount paid. It can only be applied to this race and not to others.

Those who notify by March 31, 2025 (inclusive) of their inability to attend the event will obtain a credit to be used in the next edition of Raid Columbia for 50% of the amount paid. It can only be applied to this race and not to others.

Those who notify from April 1, 2025 onwards of their inability to attend the event will not be able to transfer the payment to another edition or have credits or refunds of any kind.

The inability to participate must be notified by email to: inscripciones@clubdecorredores.com; notice by any other means being invalid.

The kit or any other accompanying element will not be given to those not participating in the event.
